2.4 In the event that Janiro Ltd, in its sole discretion, considers that you are making any illegal and/or unauthorised use of the Website, and/or your use of the Website is in breach of these Terms, Janiro Ltd reserves the right to take any action that it deems necessary, including terminating without notice your use of the Website and, in the case of illegal use, instigating legal proceedings

3.0 Availability and delivery
3.1 Janrio will endeavor to dispatch your products on either the same day of payment by you, if order is received before 2pm, or the next working day if order is received after 2pm. However this does not constitute a guarantee of delivery time. Janrio cannot be responsible for factors outside its control. For example, delays in postage caused by the delivery company, adverse weather conditions or acts of God.
3.2Janiro does not guarantee that the products will be available for dispatch.

4.0 Risk
4.1 The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

5.0 Price and payment
5.1 The price of any Products will be as quoted on the Website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
5.2 These prices include VAT.
5.3 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which you have already been sent a dispatch confirmation.
5.4 The Website contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on the Website may be incorrectly priced. Janiro Ltd will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, Janiro Ltd will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you

10. Returns
Under the 30 Day refund policy, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product to us and Janiro will refund the full price of the item purchased. Please send an email to Janiro at info@janiro.co.uk stating that you would like a refund and the reason why. Knowing why you didn't like the product helps us make things better!
